Need to have my Black Bay serviced. My daughter's Boyfriend lives across the street from the Rolex Service bldg in Dallas. Can I just drop it by next time I'm there to visit, or do I have to have it sent from an AD? And while I'm asking, do they do tours? We would both love to see the workings if possible. Thanks.
