I have probably bought about 50+ watches off of ebay. Recently it would appear that ebay has slackened its rules on weeding out the scam sellers. It makes sense as the seller pays the commission to ebay not the buyer, therefore ebay is going to protect those that pay them over those that do not.
Things to look for:
Fast 24 hrs auctions
Sellers with names that are just a series of random letters and numbers
Sellers with new accounts and 0 feedback, these accounts will be deleted quickly…
