By this I mean budget/workhorse movements non regulated from the factory. Like Miyota 8203/8204s or Seiko NH35s or Seiko factory watch equivalents. I’ve got a Citizen diver with the 8204 and it keeps +5-7spd and certainly no more than +10spd. This is well under the factory specs. What do y’all have?
