My watchmaker that has Service Centre status with many brands told me that his machine can only do WR tests to 11 bar. Yet I’ve been testing my watches for wr with them for years and recently my Planet Ocean failed a test and they changed a few parts including the gaskets. As the owner of two 200m watches, one 300m watche as well as two 600m watches what should I make of this? I do dive with my watches to depths of 20m.
The watchmaker told me something about a watch passing the 11 bar test…
