Watch Identification – as worn by Tilda Swinton in A Bigger Splash

I am trying to find out which watch Tilda Swinton's character wears in the 2015 movie A Bigger Splash.

Unfortunately the screenshots are quite blurry. In the first ca. 15 min of the movie the watch features prominently but it's hard to get better shots of it..
