Which Citizen diver should I buy, 1000m or 300m?

I like these both, and yes I know they are in completely different price leagues. From the computer screen the fit/finish looks great on both but exceptional on the 1000m. The 300m is 46mm x16mm and the 1000m is 52mm x22mm. I have 8" wrists. would watch this watch daily. Opinions?? Thank you.
