I have a new watch en route to me from Germany and customs has had it for a week now. The tracking through Fedex only says "clearance delay". How long will this process take? and why do they drag it out or even do it in the first place?

It is in outstanding condition. The dial is breathtaking. I’m only selling because I find it too small on my 8″ wrist. Retail is $5500, get mine for much less.
