Vintage Red movement- how often do you wind?

Good evening folks. I’ve had my Ocean One Vintage Red for about a month. I have no idea if it’s an ETA 2824-2 or the SW 200, élaboré movement. But either way, I am new to Steinhart and am curious how often you wind yours. I havnt been, due to postings I have seen about wearing out the movement. I wear it daily for about 10 hours, but it’s not keeping the accuracy I would expect. What are you doing with yours?
