Long scoffed at the nonsense with Rolex having been fed the usual wait list/ purchase history line, seen the inflated grey market prices and in truth never really tried on a watch that looked good with my shovel hands and big wrists.
Yesterday my son (early 20’s) suggested on a whim we go to a nearby AD to try on watches whilst we waited for the wife and Daughter to finish whatever they were doing in Zara!
AD had both a S/S sub and S/S SD43 on display, I knew the sub was too small for me…
