First off, this is NOT a troll thread or a place for those with RDS to vent.
We've all seen a lot of complaints/rants here over the years regarding other brand's service centers. Everything from minor annoyances to major issues.
This got me thinking about how few I've read regarding Rolex, which is rather impressive given their 1 million watches sold each year.
