Reputable brokers / dealers that do not charge sales tax for out-of-state.

Pretty self explanatory. Looking for my 1st Rolex (SD43) and while I’ve done a lot of business with the usual suspects (mostly Jomashop) I am not interested in continually paying the associated sales tax on a $10k plus investment. Who do you recommend?
