Received defective Poljot Chronograph

I had posted previously about how much I can pay for this Poljot Chronograph, which I had won in a bidding.
I received the watch today. The watch works but the crown is broken when I unwind it. Please see photo.
Hoping to get it fixed by a horologist. Thanks.
