Omega 321 Chrono Doesn’t Always Return to Zero

I’ve had my 321 about 6 months. I noticed recently that when I reset the chrono after running for a few hours that it doesn’t always reset to zero (none of the hands). If I restart the chrono and then stop and reset then I can get it back to zero.

Is this an idiosyncrasy of the 321 or an issue?
