Man, I'm really liking this new 40mm MK1 Automatic. Lower down on my wish list were a few military style homage watches resembling Hamilton's Khaki Field watches, but I have now crossed them all off the list. Other than its attractive laid-out dial (and no date – good), IMO, this MK1 really checks all the boxes for me because it finally has ALL 3 ELEMENTS that I deem necessary for a proper field watch:
- 1-12 numerals
- 13-24 PM numerals / military time
- 5, 10, 15-55 minute outer…
