“New” pre-owned Submariner

Hello to everyone,
I received a pre-owned Submariner for my 20th anniversary where I work. I have a few questions since it came with no paperwork. Just the watch.

How do you keep it wound? Can it be manually wound or just by the movement of your wrist?

If I get a winder, which way does it need to be rotated? Clockwise, Counter-clockwise or both

It has the holes in the case for the lugs. Does a genuine Rolex lug pin have screw ends or does it "spring" in to change the band?
