A friend of mine asked me to help sell her Datejust 16233. My knowledge of vintage watches is very limited and during my research I came across an issue. As you can see below, the hands of the watch are black. This isn't a reflection of the light making it look black, they are definitely black. The lume on the hands also looks whiter than the lume on the dial markers.
