Opening my watch cabinet this morning I spotted one tucked far in the back, my oldest G, DW5200, that I picked up in the fall of 1984 at an electronics store on Lexington Avenue in mid-town Manhattan. Sitting on top of the cabinet is my newest G, GWM5610, that I received from Amazon two weeks ago.
Almost identical looking watches, with vastly different technologies, over a span of 41 years.
