A Short Review of the G-Shock GW-M5610U-1CJF

Here is a short review of my most recent addition to the square collection, the GW-M5610U-1CJF. Basically just a 5610U with a blue theme, it’s got the same updated 3495 module with all the bells and whistles (LED Backlight, etc.) as any other 5610U. It seems to be a Japan only model, and I wasn’t able to find much information about the watch. But, I spotted it on Amazon and with prime shipping it somehow was delivered to my door from Japan in 2 days.

Sapphire G-Shock Case? – Aftermarket?

Has anybody seen or know if someone makes an aftermarket sapphire case for a 5600?

Every time I look at mine I always think “man, this would be a lot cooler if it was sapphire”

Went though some basic searches but all I can find on the topic of sapphire g-shocks seems to be a concept (?) Casio made in 2017.
