So last month i got my brother a new in box Casio G-Shock GBD-H2000 as a birthday gift. The watch worked great and he likes it a lot. Then came yesterday and he ended up damaging it simply by putting a long sleeve shirt on. It seems the shirt caught the rubber above the start/stop button ( The button at 9 o'clock) and tore it so it(the rubber) is loose.
Now as it is damage caused by the owner/user, I am not expecting anything warranty wise (even though it really is a dumb **** design), how…
