Joining the hunt: My first introduction

Hey guys, finally making it official and joining the group. I’ve been obsessed with watches for a while, but I keep coming back to Omega for the history and the fact that they actually feel like tools you can wear. I'm currently saving up for my first 'real' piece (leaning toward a 3861 Speedy), so I’m here to soak up as much info as possible before I pull the trigger. Happy to be here!
