I took a wait and see if the Core would be upgraded this past year or so. Its been largely unchanged other than some minor software updates. The funtion, display, and style has seem to move to "icon" status given how much the Ambit is re released. After owning many Core models then a Ambit, I am now convinced the Core isn't going to be changed and I HAD to purchase another one.
