Is the standard DJ41 (fluted, Jubilee) considered an "in demand" piece at the AD?

Just curious, as I've been paring down my wishlist and haven't been to my AD or kept up with watches much for a couple of years. I always figured I would get a standard, black dial, DJ41 with fluted crown and Jubilee bracelet as my forever "dress" watch, although to be perfectly honest I was never that thrilled by the standard DJ.

And then I saw one again in person last week and my opinion changed, again. Actually found myself coveting something for the first time in a while.
