How easy/difficult to replace a Shinola quartz movement?

I have an older Shinola Runwell 47 I purchased used. Most recent battery change, a small set screw that secured the metal flap that holds the battery fell out – it’s tiny, and it’s gone.

I see Ronda 1069 movements sell for less than $20. Best guess on what my fave watch repair place would charge to replace the movement? A new quartz runwell would cost nearly $600. I’m going to find out when I bring the watch in tomorrow; I’m debating DIY, though I think that would be a little beyond my skills.
