HAQ Performance from Non-HAQ Movement?

I have an Addiesdive Explorer homage with a Seiko VH31 movement. On a whim, I decided to track the accuracy bs atomic clock using a start date of 2-10-25. As of 5-10-25, it was 1 second behind.

Perhaps I am oversimplifying, but that seems to suggest that the watch will lose four seconds per year. Which puts this in HAQ territory. Have you had similar experiences with other “standard” quartz movements?
