Genuine or Fake beads of rice

I recieved this bracelet on a watch that I purchased and I strongly believe it to be a fake. This isn’t a problem as the watch is genuine and I have a real version of this bracelet already.

Things that differ from the genuine bracelet:

• clasp is different
• no stretch on it
• fully polished
• odd reference number

Am I correct in thinking this is a fake or is it just a bracelet I am not familiar with?

If it is genuine I’ll put it up for sale but don’t want to sell…
