Help ID an unusual Omega

Saw this one recently and have an opportunity to buy it but the owner has no idea its history or model. I love the dial and the indicies and was thinking about getting it and restoring it for daily use. Don't worry, no repainting the dial or polishing the case any further.

Any ideas?
