I received this at retirement 4 years ago and it quit several months ago. Sent it to Citizen in Torrance, CA in January & got it back today. It took a while waiting for parts. They replaced the movement, minute hand, case back gasket and gave it a ultrasound cleaning for $75. The CS and communication through the entire process was flawless. Thanks to @Nokie for the referral to Citizen America in Torrance.
