Hey guys,
I’m not trying to come on here and flame Omega service, and I’m very aware that I am but a small sample size, but I’ve had repeated miserable experiences with the SGUS service center. (Fool me once…) I won’t bore you all with details, but it’s been multiple pieces over the last 6-7 years.
Anyway, the current piece in question is about to make its third trip back to SGUS to fix issues that have cropped up after servicing in March.
I guess my question is: what recourse do I have…
