Chronograph questions

I'm debating between a Bulova Lunar Pilot and a Timex Waterbury Fly Back Chronograph, so I'm wondering what you all think about the relative merits and flaws of either, and if there other affordable chronos I should be thinking of.

If it helps, I don't want a leather strap, I do want a tachymeter scale and I want a totalizer of 60 minutes or preferably more.

Thanks for any ideas or reasons for preferring the Bulova or Timex.
