Anyone else done with automatics?

As a micro-machine, I see the marvel in automatic watches. just small, precise parts, a tiny little spring, and arm movement to keep relatively good time. What’s not to like, right? Well, there’s the “relatively good time” thing. But for me, it’s also about the fact that to keep the time set, one either has to wear the watch every day or two, or buy a watch winder. I’ve always commented that with automatics, I felt like I was baby-sitting my watch.

Then there’s quartz. More accurate time…
