Hello all, so I’m now on week 12 since dropping off my BB54 at my AD due to it suddenly running slow. Within 2 weeks of dropping it off, I was informed it is being covered under warranty and there would be no charge.
Since then, the only information I have received is there is a back ordered part from Geneva and they have no idea when it will be repaired. This whole experience is just leaving a sour taste in my mouth, given my watch is 1.5 years old! Anyone have a similar experience? My AD…
