To replace my daily-driver GBD-100-1ER, which died to water damage after I got its battery changed, I picked up a second-hand GBX-100-1.
Warranty not being a concern on this replacement, I opted to modify it, attempting to solve the gripes I had with these MIP style watches:

- After a successful test on my beater B640WD-1AVEF, I decided to Hydro mod (filling it with oil), to reduce the risk of it succumbing to water.
