So.. how do you store your beloved G-Shocks?

Hello!
I thought it was cool to store my two Mudmasters (aka 'the boys') in the tin (?) case they came with, but I read here that the foam is bad for the bands in the long run.
So how to store the boys? Lay them down sidewise, bands buckled up? Thanks!
