I have recently bought a second hand GW3000 which was dead with all hands pointing to twelve. I asked the seller how long it had been like this and he told me a year. I put it on a cool fire light for three days straight and nothing. I have a working G1400 so thought I'd try the battery before buying a new one just in case it didn't fire up. Unfortunately nothing happened when I put in the working battery. Do both springs in the back of the watch have to be there to make it work or…
