Calling Oris braintrust – what to do about hour hand?

Hi!, the hour hand on the regulator is have the lume crack.

I figure my options are sending it off to Oris to mend or to find a hand and have a local jeweler put the fresh hand on.

or do nothing.

how would you handle the situation?
