Old watch, new band - look okay to you?

I bought this Seiko AGS about 2-3 years ago as my initials are on the dial. I came with a pooptastic leather band. Since I've switched from nato, leather, silicon, and whatever else that came along, but NONE of the them looked good on the watch.

Today I stopped in a local Japanese AD that is a big Seiko homer. Showed them the watch and I got a lot of ohhs and ahhs for the old beater. Then the service person said, "I have the perfect bracelet for that."
