I was as pleased as punch when I purchased this from an eBay seller
I'm not an expert but everything appeared correct

The case and movement are all fine and the dial appeared good with the correct vertical brushing, until I photographed the watch for another forum, when I noticed this
I'm sure you can see that the 30 minute subdial is slightly off centre and is rough where it meets the 7 o'clock baton.
