Creating a replacement crown for my bronze watch
Earlier this week I was winding my Steeldive SD1966 and the crown rapidly disassembled. I reached out to my friend who is a watch repairman and was told my only hope was to see if Steeldive would sell me a replacement. COLD MIKE ON THAT REQUEST. Next I went so see if I could reassemble it (stem made it too long to fit my staking set and the stem broke off when I tried to remove it from the crown tube. Still waiting to remember to purchase…
