I was down in SoCal to see an old school classmate who was visiting his folks. The day after I dropped my Tutima for servicing to West Coast Watch Service Center located off the 405 Freeway in west LA.
It's in an office building and they are behind a wall of glass like a bank teller station. They took in the watch, told me they will inspect and give me an estimate and rundown of recommended service.
