So after a pretty long period in storage I got my old Tag Heuer 2000 chronograph up and running with a new battery. Checking the functions and the chronograph started and stopped fine but the reset pusher has stopped working. Its a Dubois Depraz module, which I have heard some people feel is a bit unreliable, but its always been fine in this chronograph. With the caseback off, I can see the little paddle that the pusher pushes against is a bit lower than the one for the top pusher. I pushed the paddle down with a screwdriver and the chrono resets fine. Timekeeping and timing performance is good, so is there any way of adjusting the paddle so it is a littler nearer to the pusher?
Appreciate any suggestions anyone can offer
