Is the Affordables Sub Forum way less active than it used to be?

Is it just me? Or is it true?

I seem to remember this sub Forum being one of the most active.
Then, not only it died down bigly, Public came up to a level also not seen before. As if the 2 sub fora are tied like a see-saw.

What could be the cause(s)?
