I guess there is nothing to do about it, so I just wanted to write to let some steam out andvoice my disappointment.
I have recently contacted Zenith Customer Service in Switzerland about the possibility of sending my El Primero Tourbillon for a full service (no Service centers in Denmark). The watch works perfectly but the previous owner did not know if it has ever been serviced.
