There is much good (some great) background information on WUS re: design of water resistance systems.
My question is, when I pull the crown of the Glycine Combat Sub out (for hacking, or, back to position 1, for manual winding) the small O-ring is visible on the stem. (See photo). This seems to mean that when I am date- or time-setting, hacking, or manual winding, the O-ring's outside diameter (OD) is not contacting anything and thus not wearing.
