Wolf winder issue

Had a couple of winders and they’ve not missed a beat until now and so I wonder if anyone here has any ideas and it could
Be a quick fix

I have a solid red light and green light as shown in the pic below one side works fine the other has completely stopped, tried changing the batteries but alas no joy
