I really looked forward to receiving this Wolbrook WT watch with the Seiko VH31 movement. Unfortunately, it was dead on arrival. I had it for less than a day. Wolbrook sent me a prepaid label to return it and now says it will be three or four weeks until they can look at it. Really? If I was not in love with the look of it, I’d simply ask for my money back. I strongly hinted that perhaps since I had not even worn it, they could simply exchange it and send me one that works.
