With high price increases by Big Box Brands, are small very high horology independents benefitting?

As some Big Box Store brands (over 20,000 watches a year) have been raising prices into the stratosphere, imho their pricing makes high-horology timepieces far more attractive to add into my collection. Also feels nice having something different, not seen at pretty much every gtg.
