I have been a fan of mechanical watches since I was a little kid in the 70s.

I got into horology and WUS when I made my first purchase in 2002. I researched and ultimately found my 2 perfect watches – a Kobold (rebadged Sinn) chronograph and a Nomos dress watch. I was content for nearly 25 years.

Then the chrono wasn’t working so well – but admirable after 20+ years of duty without service – and my eyes could no longer see the tiny sub-dials.
