Why few/no GS 9F with colorful dial

Dear HAQ friends,

I wonder why there few or no grand Seiko 9F quartz models with colorful dials compared to, for example, the grand Seiko spring drive models?
Technologically, a quartz movement without solar should not imply any restrictions.
I am thinking here, for example, of spring drive models such as SLGA019 or SBGH351.

At least that's how it seems to me in Germany, perhaps the range is different in other countries.
