Which is the Better Watch…Seiko Sumo Chrono or the Tissot Seastar 1000 Chrono….advice appreciated.

I’m getting ready to buy a nice watch. I like the larger case watches and would like something this time with some color. The 2 main contenders are the Seiko Sumo Chrono and the Tissot Seastar 1000 Chrono. Both are quartz movements.

Which one do you think is the better watch? If you were going to get a Chrono and had to pick from these, what would you pick and why?
