There are two interesting all ceramic watches that have come out in the past couple of years.
The Zenith Defy Skyline:
And the IWC Ingenieur 42 Black Ceramic:
both have a fully ceramic case and integrated bracelet.
Zenith is 41 mm and 12.5 mm thick
IWC is 42 mm and 11.6 mm thick
I think the Zenith has a better movement, but the IWC is no slouch. Both have 60 hour power reserve.
